The Enforcement Directorate has issued nine summonses to Arvind Kejriwal so far for questioning on the Delhi excise policy case investigation.
Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, came under fire from the Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday when the Enforcement Directorate showed up at his house to quiz him about the Delhi excise policy issue.
The chief minister, Amit Shah, gave his approval for the liquor policy fraud. The AAP is a group of anarchists that don’t respect the law or the constitution. Chief of the Delhi BJP Virendra Sachdeva questioned, “If Kejriwal has not done anything wrong, why is he running away from the probe?” in a party-shared video on X.
Sachdeva continued, “Arvind Kejriwal will have to respond to inquiries from the investigative body regarding the liquor scam.”

Sachdeva later said to ANI, “Arvind Kejriwal has done the work of looting Delhi, committed a scam in the liquor policy, and plucked the people of Delhi.” Therefore, you bear the repercussions of any theft, corruption, or public deception that you have done. By altering the alcohol policy on the grounds that you would have to provide an explanation, you have engaged in theft and corruption.”
“Even after receiving nine summonses from the ED, Arvind Kejriwal has always provided justifications. A BJP spokesman, RP Singh, told PTI, “We hope that today he answers the questions raised after K Kavitha’s revelations in the Delhi liquor scam.”
The ED is visiting Kejriwal’s home with a search warrant in connection with the Delhi excise policy case, which coincides with the BJP’s attack. The Aam Aadmi Party convenor’s home is surrounded by heavy security since the party claims there is a plot to have him arrested.
It is said by Delhi minister Saurabh Bharadwaj that the party cannot get in touch with Kejriwal or his secretary. This time, everyone is aware that the case was before the Delhi High Court only a short while ago. The Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s detention is deemed significant, and the High Court has granted the ED till April 22 to respond to this request.
Since there are a lot of police officers stationed outside Arvind Kejriwal’s house, it appears as though the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has moved inside. As AAP activists demonstrated against ED action, he said, “Now, communication is not possible with him (Arvind Kejriwal), nor with his secretary, which seems that the agency has taken his phones. They (ED) might arrest him (Arvind Kejriwal). BJP’s atrocities are now exposed in front of this country.”
