An invitation to the “Pran Pratishtha” event at the temple ceremony is sent to MS Dhoni.

The former Indian captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, received an invitation on Monday to the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ function on January 22 at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Since 2012, he has received invitations. The invitation was given to the World Cup-winning captain by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) co-province secretary Dhananjay Singh and BJP leader Karmaveer Singh at the Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) venue in Ranchi.

BJP Jharkhand invited people to join the elite via tweets on its X (formerly known as Twitter) account.

Consequently, MS Dhoni has been invited to the consecration function along with 16 other prominent Jharkhandians. Among the others invited are senior BJP politician Karia Munda, Padma Shri Mukund Nayak, Padma Shri archer Deepika Kumari, and leader of the AJSU party Sudesh Mahto.

Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar, two cricket players, were also extended invitations to the much-anticipated Ayodhya ceremony earlier.

Starting on Tuesday, January 16, the elaborate Vedic rituals in line with Hindu customs will be performed for seven days. On January 22, there will be a consecration ceremony for the Ram temple. The ‘Garbh Griha’ of the temple will host the idol of Lord Ram on January 18, and the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ is scheduled for January 22 at 12:20 p.m., As stated by the general secretary of Teertha Kshetra Champat Rai, the Ram Janmbhoomi. The secretary goes on to say that Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid of Varanasi chose the muhurat, or auspicious timing.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited as a special guest to the grand event, which is expected to draw thousands of people, including politicians, celebrities, and saints.
